Brien Private Finance LLC is a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company. We provide individual financial consulting services as well as business consulting services. Our company is made up of two different divisions: the individual consulting division and the business consulting division.

In the individual consulting division we offer services to clients of all kinds. We assist individuals with wealth management, budgeting, and all other financial issues. We answer some questions for free, but due to the nature of other questions, we have to charge for those, and clients can pay on a per question basis or on a per month basis. We also offer a service called Premier Client Services. Our business consulting division specializes in working with start up companies and companies in the beginning stages of operation, but we provide services to all companies regardless of their current situation. To these companies, we offer management consulting and financial consulting. We will assist you in choosing your entity type and filing the appropriate forms with local and state government offices and assist you with decisions in hiring, marketing, and customer and employee management. We also offer financial consulting to all companies. If you need budgeting assistance, assistance in finding investors or obtaining bank loans or assistance with your company retirement plans we will be able to set it up for you. Essentially what we offer to companies is a one-stop service for all of your consulting needs.
